摘要
杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)根部,首次发现半穿刺线虫寄生,经柯赫法则(Koch's postulates)验证,病原线虫是(Tylenchluus semipenetrans Cobb)。雄成虫线形,长度为367.2(303—390)um,吻针和食道极度退化,单精巢,交合刺长15um,具引带,无交合繖,排泄孔位于虫体中部或稍后(PE=60%),雄成虫少见。雌成虫单个或成群寄生根上,虫体前端约占体长(40—50%)伸入根部周皮层内,露出根外的虫体逐渐膨大成囊状或袋状,虫体长390.3(334—449)um,排泄孔位于阴门稍前(PE=80—90%)。孔口能分泌出小液滴,阴门位于虫体90%处,无肛门,尾端短且直伸向腹面,单卵巢,折叠卷曲,雌成虫行孤雌生殖。
The nematode disease of Cunninghamia lanceolata has been discovered for the first time in Fujian provence. Tt in an important disease of gradual deterioration in Cunninghamia lanceolata. The causal organism is a citrus-root nematode ( Tylenchulus semipenetrans Cobb, 1913 ) .
The male style becomes indistint and the erophagus degenerated, Vermiform, monophilic; spicula is 15um in length; qubemaculus present, bursae absent, excretory pore postequatorial ( PE = 60% ) inposition.
The hind part of famele swollen, elongatesaccata, with projecting tail; anterior part variously swollen, fitting between the contical cells of the hoot root; the posterior part being external, cuticle of fore part annulated; of swollen body smoth and very thick. Head with hardly any skeleton, not offset spear fairly well developed, with large rounded basal knobs, Orifice of dorsal esophageal gland about a pear's length from spear base, procorpus cylindrical widening to a powerful, rounded, me-dianbulb containing large valve plates.
Isthmus narrow, widening to ovate, terminal bulb, ovary single , coiled with spermatheca. The adult female excretes a gelatinous matrix from the excretory pore.
