Isolation of Protopine and Tetrahydropalmatine in Corydalis yanhusuo by Packed-Column Supercritical Fluid Chromatography

摘要 研究填充柱超临界流体色谱法(pSFC)分离延胡索中延胡索乙素和原阿片碱的条件,结果表明,采用乙基吡啶柱,压力100bar,温度37℃,流速4.0mL/min,梯度洗脱,延胡索中延胡索乙素和原阿片碱能较好地分离。SFC可适用于中药生物碱的分离,并有较好的应用前景。 To establish a packed-cdumn supercritical fluid chromatography(pSFC) method for isolation of protopine and tetrahydropalmatine in Corydalis yanhusuo. Influence of some parameters such as modifier percentage, pressure and temperature were investigated. It showed that protopine and tetrahydropalmatine in Corydalis yanhusuo can be separated with pyridine column and gradient elution. The column temperature and pressure were 37℃ and 100 bar. pSFC can be used to analyze alkaloids.
