摘要
基于危险源识别原理,采用层次分析(AHP)法对影响城市地铁运营安全的危害因素进行分析,从物质、能量、环境等方面考虑,找出影响城市地铁运营系统安全的薄弱环节和关键性因素,建立分析评价模型;结合天津地铁实际运行状况,建立天津地铁运营管理中危险因素各项指标的递阶层次结构,构造判断矩阵,给出各层元素的单排序权重和总排序权重,并对危险、危害因素进行定性和定量分析;提出基于“人-车-轨道-安全管理”的安全运营系统与应急救援体系相结合的事故预防对策。为我国城市地铁运营安全状况的深入研究提供参考依据。
Based On the principle of dangerous source recognition, The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is taken to analyze the factors to harm the running security of the urban subway. In consideration of the material, energy, environment and other aspects, the weak links and key factors influential in harming the safety of the urban subway operation system are found out and the analysis and appraisement model is set up. Starting from the actual operating conditions of the Tianjin Subway, the hierarchical structure of dangerous factors indexes and the judgment matrix are established, the single ranking weight and overall ranking weight of the elements in all layers are given, and the dangerous and harmful factors are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The accident prevention measures are put forward, which combine the operation of the safety operation system based on " passenger-vehicle-track-safety management" and the emergency rescue system. The research results can be used as reference to the in-depth investigation of the domestic urban subway safety operation state.
