摘要
既有线提速200km/h级的线路平纵断面技术标准,是我国整个提速技术标准体系的重要组成部分。这个标准是关系到能否充分利用既有基础设施以及保障列车运行安全、旅客乘坐舒适的重要因素。通过追踪研究国内外既有线提速相关技术,结合中国既有线实际情况,采用综合理论分析研究的方法,提出了适应我国旅客列车运行速度200km/h级、货物列车运行速度120km/h和25t轴重双层集装箱运输的既有客货共线铁路改造工程的线路平纵断面技术标准体系。通过一系列200250km/h实车提速综合试验和提速交会试验,验证了所提出既有线提速200km/h级的线路平纵断面技术标准体系的科学合理性。
The technical standard for the plane and profile sections of existing railway lines with 200 km/h speed-raising is an important part of the whole technical standards system for speed-raising in China. This standard is the vital key factor which matters whether the existing infrastructure can be fully utilized and train safety and passenger, comfort can be well guaranteed. By tracing and studying the technology for speed -raising of existing lines home and abroad and combining with the actual conditions of the existing lines in China, the key standards system of the plane and profile sections for reconstruction of existing passenger-freight railways is presented by the integrated theory analysis method. It is adaptive to passenger trains with the running speed of 200 km/h, freight trains with the running speed of 120 km/h, and double-deck container trains with the axle load of 25 t. The proposed technical standard system for the plane and profile sections of existing lines with 200 km/h speed-raising has been fully proved to be scientific and reasonable through a series of 200~250 km/h prototype speed-raising comprehensive tests and speed trains passing tests.
