摘要
应用雷达的基数据资料,提取雷达反射率,利用分组Z—I关系转化雷达反射率为雨强,运用地面雨量站网实测雨量对其进行卡尔曼滤波校准,将其结果作为洪水预报模型的降雨输入,并将该方法应用于湖北省白莲河流域.
Radar can probe the real-time cloud and precipitation structures and the development of the system; and it can provide the real-time precipitation in certain district quickly. This paper gets the radar reflectivity from the radar basic data, uses the optimized grouping relationship of Z and I to transform the radar reflectivity to precipitation. And then, adopting the data from the network of rain gauges, Kalman filtering method is used to adjust the precipitation, which is used as the precipitation input of Xin'anjiang model. This method is applied to Bailian River basin in Hubei Province.
