摘要 [目的]对过硫酸铵消化-砷铈催化分光光度法测定尿碘的不确定度进行评定。[方法]通过分析测定过程,识别不确定度来源,量化不确定度分量,计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。[结果]用本方法测定尿碘的扩展不确定度为0.035C。有必要在结果计算中应用校正因子。[结论]为提高测定结果的准确性,减小不确定度,建议在检测过程中采取一些技术改进措施。 [Objective] To estimate the measurement uncertainty for the determination of iodine in urine by As3^+-Ce4^+ catalytic spectrophotometry using ammonium persulphate digestion. [Methods] Through the analysis of measurement procedure the uncertainty sources were identified. Each uncertainty component was evaluated and expressed as standard uncertainty. Then a combined standard uncertainty and an expanded standard uncertainty were caculated. [ Results] The expanded standard uncertainties for the determination of iodine in urine was 0.035C. It was necessary to use a correction factor in the resuh formula. [Conclusions] In order to get better accuracy and reduce the value of uncertainly, improved technical measures are suggested in the measurement procedure.
