摘要 为了验证盆栽条件下获得的杉木苗期施氮研究的各项成果,在田间按0,4,8,12,16,20kg纯N/亩六个水平安排试验,结果表明:1)施氮对田间杉苗的影响在生长和生理指标等方面的反应以及田间杉苗叶片养分含量与生长指标之间的相关性均与盆栽条件下相同;2)田间杉苗的叶全氮量大约只有盆栽苗的80%,经过修正,盆栽苗的诊断指标可以用于田间苗,并证明盆栽苗的DRIS图可以直接用于田间苗;3)南方(福建)红壤地区杉苗田间氮磷钾的施肥最佳比例以100N∶30~60P∶100~150K为宜,本试验最佳施氮量为12kg纯N/亩;4)适宜施氮可使合格苗率从12%增至86%,每亩增收利润1295元。 In order to prove the effect of N supply on Chinese-fir seedling by raising in pot culture the trial of N supply on Chinese-fir seedling by raising in field was made, which was at six levels of N supply: 0, 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 kg N/mu.The results are as follows: 1 ) There is the same effect of N supply on the height, diameter at butt, biomass ( dried weight ) , number of branching, and total length etc between the seedling by raising in pot culture and that by raising in field. 2 ) There is linear correlation between the seedling overall N, P,K in the leaf of Chinese-fir seedling by raising in field and the height, diameter at butt, and biomass of the seedling, which is the same trend with that of the seedling by raising in pot culture. 3 ) The overall N in the seedling's leaf by raising in field is reduced 1. 25 times as compared with that by raising in pot culture. After the diagnostic index of the seedling by raising in pot culture is modified it can directly be applied to diagnose the seedling raising in field. 4 ) the optimal ratio of N;P: K supply is 100N : 30-60 P : 100-150K. The suitable N supply can increase the standard seedling by 7.7 times. The profit of N supply on the seedling per mu is 1295 yuan. Maybe the profit reaches 4667000 yuan throughout all China per year.
