摘要
经对各种破碎机型的比较,及对废弃印刷线路板材料性能的研究,提出了采用剪切式旋转破碎机和冲击式旋转磨碎机相结合的2级破碎方式对废弃线路板进行粉碎.对物料颗粒在冲击粉碎过程进行了受力分析,在此理论分析的基础上,确定冲击破碎机的工艺参数.结果表明,该粉碎方式能对废弃线路板有效粉碎,同时对线路板中金属和非金属能有效地解离,不带电子元件的废弃印刷线路板物料在1.2 mm以下达到完全解离,而带电子元件的废弃印刷线路板则在0.6 mm以下完全解离,同时对不同物料的解离机理作了探讨和分析.从耗能的角度,用面积粉碎模型推导了废弃印刷线路物料粉碎所需能耗的经验公式.
Besed on the analysis of the material mechanical property of waste printed circuit boards (PCBs) and printed wiring boards (PWBs) and comparsion with other crashers, a shearing machine and a hammer grinder were combined to pulverize the waste boards. The analysis on the force for hammer grinder was presented, and the technological parameters of hammer grinder were defined. The effects of this pulverization mode on particle size distribution, liberation degree and grain shapes were researched. The results in- dicate that this pulverization mode is available for scrap PCBs and PWBs. The metal and nonmetal on the PCBs and PWBs can be liberated availably. It can be liberated completely when the size of waste PCBs scraps is below 1.2 mm. The factory discarded single sided PWBs can be liberated completely just under 0. 6 mm. The pulverization mechanism was discussed and analyzed. Applying area pulverization mechanism, an empirical formula of energy consume was attained.
