摘要
在医改中,医院作为医疗服务的供方,掌握着医疗消费的主动权,构成医疗改革的重要环节。医改对医疗机构的生存产生重大的影响,同时也为医疗机构的发展提供了机遇。明确改革带来的影响,采取积极有效的应对措施是当前每一位医疗机构的经营决策者成功把握医疗机构运营方向和重点的前提。
As a medocal servoce provider, hospital could lead medical servoce in sicial medical insurance reform and it was a key stakeholders in medical system reform. Social medical insurance reform challeged hospital development and gave the chance to hospital at the same time. The procondition of operating hospital successfully was to analyze the influence of social medical insurance reform and measure effectively.
