Resent advances in one dimensional functional nano-sized materials

摘要 一维纳米功能材料在介观物理及纳米器件制作方面具有独特的应用潜力。从一维纳米功能材料的概念出发,对一维纳米金属及非金属功能材料的结构、性质及最新制备方法作了详细的介绍;并结合一维纳米功能材料研究中存在的问题,对该领域未来的发展方向进行了展望。 One-dimensional function nano-sized materials have become the focus of intensive research owing to their unique application in mesoscopic physics and fabrication of nanoscale devices. The definition, structure, characterization and preparing methods of one-dimensional function nano-sized metal and nonmetal materials were introduced. And the problems and development trends of these materials were discussed.
