摘要
应用微波技术,采取L9(34)正交优化实验,研究了提取时间、微波功率和液固质量比对川麦冬多糖含量的影响。结果表明,微波提取川麦冬多糖最优工艺条件为:提取时间20min,微波功率700W,水与川麦冬液固质量比60∶1。
By orthogonal experiments the effects of microwave power,extraction duration,solvent to solute ratio on the yield of polysaccaride from Ophipogon joponicus were investigated. The results showed that the optimal conditions for extraction of polysaccharides from Ophipogon joponicus were as follows:700W microwave power,20 minutes extraction druation, 60:1(mL/g) solvent to solute weight ratio.
