摘要
本文以肾细胞离心,空气干燥制片法进行贝加尔雅罗鱼的核型研究,其核型2n=50,分为A、B、C三组,A组:4对中部着丝点染色体:B组:8对亚中着丝点染色体;C组:13对端部着丝点染色体,其中包括一对具有双随体的染色体,染色体总臂数NF=74,核型公式为:2n=50=8m16sm26t,雌雄个体之间,并未发现有明显的异型性染色体存在,通过核型比较,得出了贝加尔雅罗鱼同雅罗鱼属其它鱼之间的亲缘关系。
A study of the karyotype of Leuciscus baicalensis (Dybowski) was carried out with centrifugalizzing kidney cells by the air-drying method with Giemsa staining.Leuciscus baicalensis (Dybowski) have a diploid.number of 50 chromosomes, comprising A.B. and C three groups and 74 chrampeome arms. Group A consists of 4 pairs of metacentric chromosomes, group B 8pairs of submetacentric chromosomes and group C 13 pairs of telocentric including one pair of chromosomes with double satellites. No subtelocentric chromosome can be detected. Karyotype formula: 2n = 50= 8m + 16sm + 26t. Hetetomorphic sex chromosomes have not be found either in the male or the female individuals of the Leociscus baicalensis (Dybowski).We find the relationship between Leuciscus baicalensis (Dybowski)and other:fish which belong to Leuciscus Curies by comparing karyotype.
