苹果叶面有益自生固氮菌初步研究

摘要 将从苹果叶面获得的3株自生固氮菌,在平板上对苹果轮纹病、炭疽病、霉心病病菌作结抗测验,在高效法相色谱仪上对菌株代谢液中4类激素作定性定量分析后,经比较筛选出N005(Azotobactersp)作为本实验的益菌。扫描电镜观察表明N005能在苹果叶面定植和繁衍。苹果的一年生脱毒苗喷施N005后,能促使苗高增加,高嫁接口5cm处的径粗增大。实验也表明,N005能产生GA3、ABA和CTK,其固氨酶活性也较高。 In the laboratory studies, strain N005, isolated from the apple phylloplane, showed extensive antagonistic effect against Macrophome kawatsukai, Alternaria alternatia and Colletortrichum gloeosporioids,and had higher quantity of phytohormone in its metabolites, Scanning electon-microscope observation showed that N005 could colofor on the phylloplane. The routine procedure of bacterial identification indicated that strain N005 belonged to the species Azotobacter SP. Concerned components indicated that the metobolites of N005 contain GA3, ABA and CYK. N005 was apllied in virus-free apple seedlings, the rate of growth of the branch forreased by 3. 3 % ~ 3. 8K, the growth rate of the tree diameter (5cm upper the graft cut) increased by 14. 2X.
