摘要
桐乡市运河水厂供水工程设计规模15万m3/d,工程包括取水泵站、输水管道、净水厂和配水干管四部分,采用流动床生物膜法预处理+强化常规处理+臭氧活性炭深度处理工艺处理微污染原水。简要介绍了工程建设的必要性及设计出水的水质目标,阐述了净水厂的工艺流程和各单元的设计参数、特点以及设备配置等内容。
With design capacity of 150 thousand cubic meter per day, the Yunhe Waterworks water supplying project in Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province covers four subjects: water intake pumping station, raw water transportation line, waterworks and water distribution network. Pretreatment by fluidized bed bio-membrane reactor, enhanced routine processes and advanced purification of ozone-activated carbon are adopted to treat the micro-polluted raw water taken from the Grand Canal. In this paper the necessity of this project and the designed water quality requirement are presented and the process scheme, equipment configuration, unit designs and their parameters of the waterworks are described.
