摘要
海仙花从大蕾发育至玫红花时,开花时间较长,此后即迅速衰老萎蔫.开花和衰老过程中呼吸速率出现两次高峰,花盛开为乳白花时出现第1个呼吸峰,玫红花时又出现一次较低的呼吸峰.从大蕾发育至粉红花时,SOD和CAT活性逐渐增高,Vit.C含量逐渐降低但保持较高水平,而O-2含量低且变化不大;粉红花后,SOD和CAT活性继续升高,Vit.C含量迅速降低,O-2含量较快升高;玫红花后,SOD活性迅速降低,Vit.C含量达最低,O-2含量则迅速升高.开花前期花内MDA含量低且变化不大,相对透性值缓慢升高,粉红花后,O-2引发膜脂过氧化加强致使MDA含量和相对透性迅速升高。
The blooming period of weigela coraeensis was long from big bud to rose colored flower,and then it wilted quickly.During flowering and senescence,its respirative rate peak would appear twice.The highest was observed when the flower was milk white in full bloom,and as the flower turned rose,a lower peak came into being.Before the flower turned pink,the SOD and CAT activity increased gradully,while vitamin C content decreased gradully but maintained higher level,the content of O -· 2 was low and varied little.When the flower became pink,the SOD and CAT activity continued increasing,the content of Vit C decreased greatly,whereas the O -· 2 content began to increase,after the rose colored flower,the SOD activity decreased rapidly.The Vit C content attained the least,but O [SX(B-3]-· 2 content increased rapidly.The content of MDA and relative permebility of flower was low and had a little change earlier stage.After pink flower,the O -· 2 excited the peroxidation of membrane lipids increasing rapidly,the content of MDA and relative permebility of flower also increased sharply.The activity of SOD and the content of Vit C fell sharply to a lowest degree,but the MDA content and relative permebility reached the highest when the flower wilted.
