摘要
利用渗调法改善种子的活力,劣变的菜心种子用珍珠岩,锯末和椰糠分别在15℃预处理2d后,其发芽率和简化活力指数均比未引发处理的显著提高,经引发的种子过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和酸性磷酸酶的活性增强。
Matriconditioning with perlite, saw dust or coconut husk for 48 h at 15℃ offered an effective means for raising germination rate and vigour index in various deteriorated Brassica parachinensis seeds. The effect was more remarkable in the lower vigour seeds. Meanwhile, the activity of catalase, superoxidase dismutase, peroxidase and acid phosphatase were enhanced. Electro conductivity and UV absorption value of treated seeds decreased considerably.
