摘要
探讨安宫牛黄原方及简方对脑出血大鼠的保护作用,寻找更合理的组方。方法:采用胶原酶尾状核注射法造模,观察安宫牛黄丸原方及简方对脑出血损伤大鼠脑组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果:安宫牛黄原方及简方能不同程度的降低谷氨酸损伤神经元MDA含量,提高SOD的活性。结论:安宫牛黄丸全方及简方可在一定程度上通过抗氧化损伤来起到脑保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of Angong Niuhuang pill and its simplified prescription on intracranial hemorrhage rat, and to find a better prescription for clinical use. Methods:In this experiment, the rat model of intracranial hemorrhage was made with bacterial coUagenase, which was infused into the right candate nucleus. The changes of SOD activity and MDA content in brain tissue were observed. Results:Angong Niuhuang pill and its simplified prescription have effects on the content of MDA and activity of SOD to a different extent. They could decrease the content of MDA while increase the activity of SOD. Conclusion:Angong Nitflauang pill and its simplified prescription have the neuroprotective effect to some degree by antitoxident function.
