摘要
本文分析了农业供应链中影响电子商务发展的三个决定性因素:产业结构、产品复杂性、农产品交易的高接触性,并在此基础上分别从产业结构、市场和产品专长、组织发展三个方面讨论了构建农业供应链电子商务解决方案的成功策略。
This paper analyses three dominant factors impacting the development of B2B E-commerce in agriculture supply chain, including industry structure, product complexity and high-touch nature of agriculture product transactions. On this basis, this paper discusses several successful strategies on the construction of E-commerce solutions in agriculture supply chain from industry structure, market and product expertise and development of organization respectively.
