福建省边远海岛和城市地区幽门螺杆菌耐药状况比较 被引量：4

摘要 目前临床上幽门螺杆菌（Helicobater pylori，Hp）根除率不高，首治根除率仅为70％，补救疗法的失败率也有9％～10％，Hp对抗生素耐药问题也日益突出。本文比较医疗条件极差、从未使用抗生素治疗Hp的边远海岛地区和常规使用抗生素治疗Hp的城市地区之间Hp的耐药状况，并对城市地区近几年Hp的耐药状况进行研究。
