摘要
目的探讨对复杂困难胆囊行腹腔镜切除术的可行性和安全性,为临床复杂困难胆囊行腹腔镜切除术提供参考。方法回顾分析应用腹腔镜手术对35例复杂困难胆囊行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料,分析其手术治疗效果及优点。结果35例复杂困难胆囊行腹腔镜胆囊切除术中,34例在腔镜下完成,1例中转开腹,无严重并发症发生,痊愈出院,疗效满意。结论采用腹腔镜胆囊手术对复杂困难胆囊行切除,只要方法适当,是安全可行的,必要时可中转开腹处理。
Objective To discuss the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in complicate and difficulty gallbladder. Methods Clinical data of 35 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analyzed retrospectively, included treatment effect and merit. Restilts Thirsty four cases were operated by celioscope, only 1 case was operated by opening abdomen. All cases had no fearful syndrome and leave hospital after recovery. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is feasible and safe for complicated cholecyst and could be open abdomen if necessary.
