摘要
目的分析兔饮食性高脂血症形成过程中血清肌酸激酶活性和C反应蛋白含量的动态变化。方法高胆固醇饮食诱发兔高脂血症,检测高胆固醇饮食7、14、17、21、25、28d兔血清总胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)及肌酸激酶(CK)和C反应蛋白(CRP)的变化。结果成功建立高脂血症兔模型,大耳白兔在喂食高胆固醇饲料7、14、17、21、25、28d后血液中CHO和TG浓度逐渐升高(P<0.05),CK活性和CRP含量随着高脂血症的进程而逐渐升高,变化有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论提示兔血清CK活性和CRP含量与高脂血症的进程相关。
Objective To analyze the variability of creatine kinase and c-reactive protein in the serum of hyperlipoidemia model rabbits. Methods To establish the model of hyperlipoidemia in rabbits. The biochemistry quotas such as CHO, TG, CK, CRP were assayed in the serum of hyperlipoidemia model rabbits at each stage(7,14,17, 21,25,28 days feeding with high cholesterol). Results The hyperlipoidemia rabbit model was established successfully. The concentrations of CHO and TG increased markedly, which was significantly different from control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). The activity of CK and the concentration of CRP increased markedly with the development of hyperlipoidemia(P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The activity of CK and the concentration of CRP in the serum of the rabbits may be well correlated with the development of hyperlipoidemia.
