摘要
研究了代乳粉对羔羊增重、体尺和腹泻率的影响,并筛选出适宜的羔羊代乳粉营养水平。选择80只健康的小尾寒羊羔羊,采用单因子方差分析,将羔羊随机分为4组进行试验。初生羔羊吃足初乳,于5d后分组,采用逐渐替代法,将母乳转换成3种不同营养水平的代乳粉,另1组为对照组(喂纯羊乳)。结果表明:①试验1组的只均日增重(193g)高于对照组(151.25g)和试验3组(107g),差异显著(P<0.05);②试验1组羔羊的体斜长和胸围较对照组增加2.18%和1.67%,差异不显著(P>0.05);③试验1组和试验3组的羔羊腹泻率均为0,明显低于对照组的7.32%。早期断奶羔羊平均每只每日适宜进食的消化能和粗蛋白分别为9.21MJ、106.92g,哺喂营养适宜的代乳粉(试验1组)能促进早期断奶羔羊的生长发育,降低腹泻率。
To study effects of milk replacer at different nutrient levels on performance, body size and diarrhea rate in lambs and to choose feasible milk replacer which fits into growth of lambs, an experiment was conducted using total of 80 five-day-old lambs fed on milk replacer at different nutrient levels. A single factor variance analysis experiment was designed. Lambs sucked colostrum for 5 d after birth, and then were randomly divided into 4 groups (20 for each group) based on body weight and birth similarity. The first group as control was fed with milk, and the other 3 experiment groups were fed on milk replacer of 3 kinds of different nutrient levels, respectively. The results showed that the average daily gain (ADG) of experiment 1 was 193 g, higher than that of control group (151.25 g) and experiment 3 (107 g) (P〈0.05); inclined body lengths and cheat circumferences of experiment 1 increased by 2.18% and 1.67% than that of control group, respectively (P〉0.05); diarrhea rate of experiment 1 and experiment 3 was 0, lower than that of control group (7.32%). The average digestible energy (DE) and crude protein (CP) intake of early-weaned lambs between day 6 and day 56 were 9.21 MJ/d/head and 106.92 g/d/head, respectively. The growth of early-weaned lambs could be improved by feeding with milk replacer of experiment 1.
