绍兴县给排水公司的一项核心业务是各乡镇企业排污资料的汇总和结算。由于排污费用越来越成为乡镇企业的一项重要支出,公司需要建立一个高效的信息系统进行数据收集和处理。要建立这样一个系统,必须对公司目前的业务流程进行必要调整,形成一个高效的污水数据收集、汇总、统计、查询、打印的应用平台。
