介绍了一种基于软件控制的通用激光标刻软件的体系结构。该软件具备通用的图形编辑功能,在标刻过程中以10微秒的精细插补周期进行实时插补,并通过路径优化、光学畸变校正等方法确保了标刻质量。本文还分析了在Windows平台下如何实现10微秒精确定时,并通过实际标刻测试验证了其可靠性。
This paper introduces a software architecture for laser marking based on soft-control.Besides its general graphic editing function, this software can provide real-time interpolation under the precise period of 10 μs during marking.The path optimization and the optical distortion calibration ensure the quality of marking. Moreover, an approach to achieve the precise timing of 10μs based on Windows platform is alos discussed.
