摘要
知识管理研究语境下的企业创新活动就是知识在信息空间中的不断移动以获取边际效用最大化的过程。本文基于信息空间理论与组织的学习周期理论,结合山西杏花村汾酒股份有限公司的实践,试图描述知识主体在企业中转移的表现形式和演进轨迹,分析促进知识转移的动力保障机制。
Under the knowledge management context, an enterprise' s innovative activity is a process that the enterprise attempts to achieve the maximized marginal utility via knowledge flow in the information space without stop. Based on the theory of infosphere and the organizational learning cycle, linked with the fieldwork in the Shanxi Xinhua Cun Fen Chiew(group) Co. , ltd. , this article tries to describe the knowledge presentations and evolution tracks during the transfer process in enterprises, analyses the motivation ensuring system to advance the knowledge transfer.
