摘要
开发了一种能用于甲醇低压羰基化合成醋酸的均相复合催化剂系统,由铑、碘甲烷、含卤素的羧酸衍生物(C)和可溶性碱金属碘化物(D)等组成。使反应能在较低水含量下进行,并有较高产率。加入C和D二组分后,反应空时收率可提高2~3倍,达25kmol/m3·h。反应转化率在99%以上,醋酸选择性99%以上。
A compound homogeneous catalyst system is developed. It consists of rhodium, methyl iodide, halide derivative of carboxylic acid and a soluble alkali metal iodide. It catalyzes the reaction under a low water fraction with a high yield. The space time yield of this system is 2 ̄3 times more than that of systems having no C and D components, the STY value is up to 25 kmol/m 3·h. The conversion of the the reaction is 99% and the selectivity of acetic acid is also 99%.
