摘要
为改善注水井吸水剖面和油井产液剖面,基于调剖堵水“2+3”理论提出了大剂量多段塞深度调驱技术。对堵剂的选择性堵水作用、渗透率对注入压力的影响、堵剂的耐冲刷性和可动性进行了室内实验,制定了堵剂施工段塞设计以及堵剂粒径的选择方案。实验表明,注入大剂量、低浓度、多段塞的体膨性堵剂可达到堵水和驱油的双重作用。在平方王油田滨17块进行了2口井的大剂量多段塞深度调驱技术试验,调剖后平均日注入量为86.5m3,平均注水压力提高了3.5MPa,对应10口油井有5井次见效,见效初期日增油17t,取得了较好的增油效果,对进一步提高大厚层区块的调驱效果及进行多轮次调剖技术工作提供了借鉴。
Based on '2+3' theory of profile control and water shutoff, research on large dose multi-blocks deep profile control and oil displacement technique is put forward to improve injection profile and production profile. Selective water shut off action of water shutoff agent, effect of permeability on injection pressure, movability of water shutoff agent are researched, and multi-block design of water shutoff agent, particles diameter selection of water shutoff agent are performed. Results of experiment indicate the dual effect of water shutoff and oil displacement is gained through injecting large dose, low concentration, multi-block, expansive water shutoff agent. Large dose multi-blocks deep profile control and oil displacement experiments of two wells are performed in the Block-17 of Pingfangwang Oilfield. After profile controlling, average water injection amount reaches 86.5 m3/d, average water injection pressure is enhanced by 3.5 MPa, 5 wells out of corresponding 10 wells take effect, and daily increasing oil amount reaches 17 t in the initial stages of taking effect, in other words, increasing oil effect is good. Moreover, technique reference is provided to research on enhancing effect of profile control and oil displacement in large-heavy layer and multicycle profile control technique.
