摘要
发展区域经济,有利于提高区域专业化水平;协调区域经济,有利于逐步消除由于非平衡战略所带来的区域不平衡发展,加强区域联合。随着改革开放的不断深入,我国区域发展中的差异表现越来越突出,成为影响社会和谐的重要因素。通过对形成区域差异的原因分析,探讨了在现有的经济形式下,从政策与体制等方面的分析,通过环境改善、政府职能转换及相应配套措施的实施,来缩小区域差异,达到区域经济协调发展的目的。
Development of regional economic can promot regional specialization level, harmonize the regional economy, eliminate regional unbalanceddevelopment.The discrepancies in regional development in China is prominent gradually. It also becomes a dominant factor which effects on the social harmony. This paper analyzs the reasons that create regional distinctions. Then discusses the ways to shrink regional diversities and achieve harmonious development of regional economic for further in terms of environmental improvement, conversion of governmental functions and responding measures under current economic system.
