摘要
研究了以磷酸增敏、硝酸钠惰性电解质、柠檬酸三钠抗干扰的新体系总离子强度调节混合液(TISAP)中测定低含量氟的新离子选择性电极方法。方法线性范围为1.00×10-2~1.00×10-7mol/L,检出限为1.9ng/mL。该方法操作简便,检出限降低,平衡响应时间缩短,测定结果准确。应用到矿泉水、牛奶、酒中的痕量氟的测定,结果满意。
A ion - selective electrode method with a new TISAP solution in which phosphoric acid as a sensing reagent, sodium nitrate as inert electrolyte and sodium citric as anti - interference reagent for the determination of trace fluoride is developed. The linear range for the determination of fluoride is between 1.00 × 10^-2 - 1.00 × 10^ -7 mol/L, and the detection limit is 1.9 ng/mL. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace fluoride in mineral - water, milk and wine with satisfactory results.
