摘要
以某复合材料火箭定向器为对象,分别建立了3mm,3.5mm,4mm三种壁厚的定向器和火箭的有限元模型进行分析,计算了火箭在定向器内运行的全过程,得到了复合材料定向器的一些有价值的计算数据曲线。数值计算结果与实际数据对比显示,最大偏差不到14%,证明仿真结果是可信的,综合比较,4mm壁厚的定向器是最佳选择。研究表明,用复合材料制成的火箭定向器完全能够满足工程需要。
The models of finite element analysis for three types of composite material rocket launch tube were founded. The process of the rocket moving in the tube was described. Some valuable data curves of composite material rocket launch tube were obtained. Contrast to fact data, the maximal error of simulate data is less than 14%. This proves the simulation result is credible. In the end, the launch tube of 4mm is proved that it is the best choice. This research workalso shows that the rocket launch tube made in the composite material is feasible.
