Synthesis and Characterization of Manganese Phosphate Nanosheets by Solution Phase Precipitation

摘要 本文通过沉淀法制备了纳米面状的磷酸锰,并对其结构进行了X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、选区电子衍射(SAED)表征,讨论了温度和反应容器对产物的影响,结果表明在室温条件下能制备出纯的磷酸锰。 Manganese phosphate nanosheets are prepared by solution phase deposition, and checked by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), and selected-area electron diffraction pattern (SAED). The influence of the temperature and the container of reaction on the product is studied. The result indicates that pure phase manganese phosphate could be obtained at the room temperature.
