摘要
为增加产量、降低能耗,对铜山矿水泥厂Ф1.5×5.7m水泥熟料磨机进行了节能改造的研究。通过理论计算与分析,采取了加大钢球(段)和实际充填率,由26%增加到46%;提高工作转速,由26.1r/min加快到37.3r/min;主轴承由滑动轴承改为滚动轴承。结果处理量由改造前不足2t/h增加到9.8t/h;耗电量由改造前48kW.h/t下降到13kW.h/t。
For increase production and save energy, the research of φ1.5 × 5.7m Cement Grog Milling Machine is been in progressed. By means of theory calculating and analyzing, increasing steel ball section and reality filling up rate (from 26% to 46%), raising tube body speed (from 26. 1r/min to 37.3r/min), main bearing from sliding bearing changed ball-bearing are used.A good result is gained from testing, the treating capacity increased from 2t/h to 9.8t/h and power consumption dropped from 48kW · h/t to 13kW ·h/t.
