摘要
介绍了一种基于频率合成技术的相位差测量方法,通过频率合成的方法构造一个与被测信号有一定频差的稳定信号,以它作为本振信号与两路被测信号进行混频,将高频率信号相位差转换到低频段进行测量,可以实现很宽的测量范围以及较高的精度。
The measurement of phase-difference between signals of same frequency is very important in electronic measurement and Signal detection. This paper introduces a phase difference testing method based on frequency synthesis. By producing a signal which has a fre- quency difference with the input signal through frequency synthesis, and taking it as the local oscillator to mix with input signals, it can convert the phase difference into low-frequency field to measure.
