基于故障树分析和模糊综合评判的某雷达故障诊断方法 被引量:10

摘要 针对大型雷达电磁环境复杂、设计预留检测接口不足、状态不容易检测等特征,为既提高雷达保障能力,又减少检测电路(设备)、降低成本、提高全机可靠性,考虑到故障与故障征兆间存在着模糊关系,提出了采用基于故障树分析和模糊综合评判相结合的故障诊断方法,通过分析某雷达故障树故障论域的子域,提取故障征兆集和原因集,利用模糊关系矩阵得出故障隶属度输出,最后根据判断法则确定故障位置,给出了具有法则优化和自学习功能的模糊故障诊断流程;诊断应用表明,该方法可充分利用已有的故障信息,有效提高雷达的故障诊断效率。 Since radar system is usually surrounded by electromagnetism and also its working state can not be ready measured, fault and fault omen sets being relevant, an automatic faults diagnosis methods composed with fault tree analysis and fuzzy mathematic theory is applied for radar fault diagnosis to enhance the work efficiency and reliability and to cut down some detecting electric circuit thus to reduce the costs. The construction of the fault tree and the fault omen sets are analyzed first, thus the membership function of distance type is established to recognize fuzzy pattern of the fault types, according to fuzzy math theory, the faults of radar transmitter power output affected by some indeterminate factors can be identified efficiently. The method is simple and practical.
