摘要
蒸汽吞吐是稠油开采的主导工艺技术,蒸汽干度是注汽工艺的主要参数,提高井底蒸汽干度是提高热采经济效益的核心问题。注入井中的蒸汽干度愈高,能量利用率愈高,热采经济性愈好。由于多种因素的影响,导致输汽系统传输到井底的蒸汽干度较低,严重影响了蒸汽吞吐的效果和热采的经济性。通过模拟试验,分析研究了输汽管道系统蒸汽干度的变化情况,为热采输汽系统工艺设计提供参考。
Steam stimulation is the key technology for heavy oil recovery while steam quality is the main parameter of steam injection technique, so how to improve the down-hole steam quality becomes the core problem in the process of improving the economic benefit of thermal recovery. The higher steam quality injected into the well and the higher utilization ratio of the energy, the econ- omy of thermal recovery will be better. However, because of some influential factors, the steam quality which is delivered from the gas supply system to the bottom becomes lower. Hence, the effect of steam stimulation and the economy of thermal recovery are seriously disturbed. Through the stimulated experiment, this paper studied the variable status of the steam quality in the gas pipeline system. And the research result can provide reference for the technique design of the gas supply system.
