摘要
作者从福建省福州市土壤中分离出一株能产生活性物质的稀有放线菌,编号3—50并进行了形态、培养特征和生理特性等方面研究。3—50气生菌丝上着生半个孢子,常形成穗状生长体。基内菌丝生长好,有时可见到横隔,产生单孢子。细胞壁含有内消旋二氨基庚二酸(meso—DAP)、半乳糖和阿拉伯糖,属细胞壁TV型,故属于糖单孢菌属。其形态、培养特征和生理特性与绿色糖单孢菌相似,但又有差别,是一个新变种,定名为绿色糖单孢菌福建变种(Saccharomonospora viridis var.Fujianensis Ruan).
An actinomycete strain No.3—50 was isolated from a soil sample in Fujian, China. The strain produced singly spore formed on the aerial mycelia, but scarcely on substrata mycelia; it always formed spike-like sporophore. The chemical composition of the cell wall is of Type TV (meso-DAP, galactose and arabinose). All of these characteristics coincide with those of the genus Saccharomonospora Strain. No.3-50 coincides with the S. viridis mostly, but is different from it in the cultural characteristics when growing on Oat meal agar, Glyceryl-Asparagine agar, malate celcium media and potato plug as well as in physiological and antimicrobial activities.According to these characteristics, actinomycete strain No.3—50 was identified to be a new variety at the Genus Saccharomonospora and designated as Saccharomonospora viridis var. Fujianensis Ruan vat. nov..
