阴离子皮革加脂剂和阳离子聚合物的复配 被引量:7

Study on Combination of Anionic Leather Fatliquor and Cationic Polymer

摘要 分别对3种阴离子皮革加脂剂(硫酸酯化蓖麻油、硫酸酯化牛蹄油和磺化菜籽油)及其与阳离子聚合物HAC的复配物的表面活性(γCMC和CMC)和乳液粒子的粒径进行了表证。结果表明:在上述3种阴离子加脂剂中,加入适量阳离子聚合物HAC,会使加脂剂的表面活性提高,乳液的粒径变小。最佳复配质量比分别:HAC/硫酸酯化蓖麻油为4/100、HAC/硫酸酯化牛蹄油为2/100、HAC/磺化菜籽油为2/100。 The surface activity and the emulsion particle size of three kinds of anionic leather fafliquors ( sulfated castor oil, sulfated neatsfoot oil and sulfonated rape - seed oil) as well as the mixtures of these anionic fafliquors and cationic polymer HAC were studied and characterized respectively. It shows that the surface activity of systems is improved and the emulsion particle sizes are decreased after adding into HAC. The optimal mass ratios are obtained respectively, i.e. the ratio of HAC/sulfated castor oil is 4/100, HAC/sulfated neatsfoot oil is 2/100 and the ratio of HAC/sulfonated rape - seed oil is 2/100.
