EPO-R在结肠癌组织中的表达及MVD测定的意义

摘要 为探讨促红细胞生成素(EPO-R)的表达及微血管密度(MVD)与结肠癌组织中血管生成、侵袭和转移的关系。笔者应用免疫组化方法检测32例结肠癌组织及13例正常结肠组织中EPO-R的表达,并对血管进行CD34相关抗原的免疫组化染色,计数MVD。结果示,EPO-R表达及MVD值与肿瘤分化、Dukes分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。EPO-R表达阳性组织中,MVD计数显著高于EPO-R表达阴性者(P<0.05)。提示EPO-R表达及MVD值与结肠癌侵袭转移有密切关系,可能成为结肠癌治疗的标靶和预后指标。
