数字化三相功率因数校正(PFC)技术的现状及发展趋势 被引量:6

摘要 通过阐述几种三相有源功率因数校正电路的拓扑,并结合数字控制技术、高频PWM整流技术和多电平技术,分别介绍了三相单开关数字功率因数校正电路、三相双开关数字功率因数校正电路、三相三开关数字功率因数校正电路、三相六管高频整流电路以及三相三电平数字化高功率因数整流器的总体数字控制方案。在此基础上,指出了数字化三相高功率因数整流器的发展趋势。 The several topologies of three-phase active power factor correction circuit are expationted, and total digital control strategy of three-phase single-switch digital PFC circuit , three-phase two-switch digital PFC circuit, threephase three-switch digital PFC circuit, three-phase six-switch digital PFC circuit and three-phase three-level high power factor rectifier by the application of digital control technology, high frequency PWM rectifier technology and multilevel technology are introduced respectively. On this basis, the development tendency of digital three-phase high power factor rectifier is pointed out.
