摘要
悬架的运动学特性首先反映在车轮定位参数的变化趋势上。文章采用虚拟样机技术,在ADAMS软件环境下,建立了某商务车的双横臂扭杆独立悬架的多体动力学模型,并进行了运动学仿真分析,获得了随车轮上下跳动该悬架车轮定位参数的变化规律,为汽车悬架系统开发提供一种有效的现代化手段。
The change tendency of the wheel alignment parameters reflects the suspension's kinematic characteristics. In this paper, the multi-body dynamic model of the double wishbone independent suspension of a commercial vehicle which has torsion bars is established by applying the virtual prototypical technology and the ADAMS software, and kinematic simulation and analysis are carried out. The change regularity of the wheel alignment parameters of this suspension along with the wheel's moving up and down is obtained.
