摘要
研究了热处理工艺对DD8单晶高温合金组织及性能的影响,结果表明,经过1100℃/8hA.C.+1240℃/4hA.C.+1090℃/2hA.C.+850℃/24hA.C的4级处理明显改善了DD8单晶合金元素的枝晶偏析,合金中γ相获最佳含量并形成适当尺寸配合,合金获得理想的综合性能。
The effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of DD8 single crystal nickel-base superalloy was investigated. The results show that the combined properties of the alloy can be obtained by using the heat treatment as follows:1100℃/8h A.C.+1240℃/4h A.C.+1090℃/2h A.C.+850℃/24h A.C. This is because the segregation of the alloying elements can be improved, the optimum content of the γ-precipitated and the critical misfit between the γ/γinterfaces can be obtained through the heat treatment.
