220kV及以上系统后备保护的优化配合势在必行。在优化过程中,要充分考虑保护配置情况、系统的运行要求和设备的安全需求,从整定计算的根本目的出发,重新定位传统意义上的后备保护。应以安全并可依赖的保护装置和合理适用的保护定值构建可靠、有选择、灵敏和快速的保护系统。
It is important to optimize the reserve protection of 220 kV and over power system. In the process of optimization, it is necessary to consider the protection configuration, system operation requirement and the security of equipment. The traditional reserve protection should be re-concept from the basic object of setting. The protection system ought to be reliable, selective, sensitive and speedy based on the secure and reliable equipment and applicable setting.
