摘要
研究了8-羟基喹啉与VB12中钴离子的显色反应,实验证明在pH4.0~9.0的NaH2PO4-K2HPO4缓冲溶液中8-羟基喹啉与钴均能生成黄色络合物,在λmax=420nm处钴含量在0~1μg/mL的范围内符合比耳定律。以所拟方法用氯仿为萃取剂可测定VB12药片以及发酵液中的VB12,结果良好。
Color reaction of 8-Hydroxyquinoline with cobalt(Ⅱ) was studied. In NaH2PO4-K2HPO4 buffer solution (pH4.0-9.0). it can react with Co(Ⅱ) and get a yellow colored complex, and absorption maxima at 420nm, The concentration range of 0-1μg/mL Co(Ⅱ) solution obeyed Beer's law, This method can be applied to the determination of VB12 in pill and fermentation solution with a satisfactory result.
