摘要
随着硒在生命活动中的重要性被广泛认识,人们发现硒在抗氧化作用、免疫功能、以及抗辐射、促进生长等许多方面起重要作用。本文就近年来动物、植物体内有机硒的生物学功能及分离纯化、形态及结构分析技术的研究进展做了综述。
With the importance of selenium in life activities becomes better characterized, researchers found that its important effects in many aspects, such as oxidation resistance, immunity function, anti-radiation and promotion of growth. In this paper, the research development of purification, shape, structure analysis technique and biological function of organic selenium in creature and plants in recent years were summarized.
