摘要
通过对燃煤锅炉常见灭火事故的几种分类方法的比较,确立了以锅炉灭火事故原因为准则的分类方法,并据此将锅炉灭火事故划分为5类。阐述了其实质及炉膛负压等关键参数的变化特征,旨在为正确分析锅炉灭火事故提供依据。认为按原因划分锅炉灭火事故比较实用;根据实际锅炉灭火的主要特征及其伴随现象,能正确区分现实中的锅炉灭火事故类型,有利于灭火事故的分析及解决措施的制定。不同类型的灭火事故应采用侧重点不同的解决途径。
According to the comparison of several classification methods for the common flame failures in boilers, the cause-based classification method was determined and all the flame failures in boiler can be separated into five kinds. The property and variation of key parameters such as furnace pressure were discussed as criterion to analyze the flame failure correctly. The result shows that cause-based method is applicable, that is, it can be used to determine the type of flame failure effectively and take corresponding measures, For different type of the flame failures, the specific measures with different key points should be taken.
