摘要
证券市场监管的有效性和规范性是证券市场有序和稳定发展的基础,而现实中我国证券市场的监管存在“一松就乱,一紧就死”的两难困境,因此,针对我国证券市场监管的理论研究具有重要的现实意义。本文主要对证券市场监管领域相关研究文献和成果进行综述,以期在之前学者研究成果的基础上对我国证券市场的监管问题进行进一步探讨。
Efficient regulation is guarantee of a well developed security market,while in our country,the regulation does not play an accountable role.So it is in a great significance to do theoretical research on the regulation of China＇s security market.This paper mainly reviews the related research literatures and conclusions,trying to construct a foundation of further research.
