摘要
通过对面向大规模定制的e-制造工艺规划特点的分析,论述了基于特征分解及邻域搜索技术的多工艺规划方法,建立了采用工艺聚类技术进行动态成本核算并进而实现工艺优选的多工艺优化决策模型。在聚类模型中采用基于加权有向图的工艺描述数学模型,并以工艺合并后零件加工成本变化最小为标准,建立了零件相似距离模型,并设计出相应的聚类算法模型。利用Java技术开发了一套软件原型系统,通过实例分析验证了模型和方法的合理性及有效性。
Through analyzing some key features in process decision-making of e-manufacturing for mass customization, a multiple process planning method based on feature- decomposing and neighbor search technology was put forward to build up a process optimized-decision-making model, in which process clustering model based was adopted. To build up the clustering model, a part process description model based on weighted directed graph was presented. Further according to the criterion of lowest fluctuation of manufacturing cost, a part similarity distance model was put forward. Referring to these mathematical models, a prototype software system based on Java technology was designed and developed. Finally, a case is studied, which demonstrates that the model can rationally and effectively solve the process optimized-decision-making problem in e-manufacturing system for MC mechanism.
