摘要
目的:建立皂矾及煅皂矾中铁、砷的测定方法。方法:根据各自特性,建立皂矾中砷盐定性检测,采用铈量法测定皂矾中硫酸亚铁(FeSO_4)的含量,采用EDTA滴定法来测定煅皂矾中三氧化二铁(Fe_2O_3)的含量。结果:定性检测反应灵敏,定量测定中,皂矾、煅皂矾的加样回收率分别为99.7%和98.87%,RSD分别为0.28%和0.73%(n=5)。结论:本法简便易行,结果准确,可作为控制其质量的依据。
Objective:To establish the methods of determination of Fe,As in melanteritum and calcined melanteriturn. Methods: According to their individual characteristics, to establish the methods of the identification and determination of content by cerium sulfate method and EDTA compleximetry. Results : The identification was sensitive. The average recovery of melanteritum and calcined melanteritum were 99.7% ( RSD = 0. 28% ) and 98.87% (RSD =0. 73% ),respectively. Conclusion: The methods are simple and accurate. It can be used as quality control .
