摘要
地质钻杆用DZ60钢钻杆管体与40Cr钢钻杆接头焊接而成。本文叙述了这种钻杆的焊接性,并与采用热镦粗工艺生产的钻杆管体金相组织和机械性能进行了对比。结果表明,与热镦粗的钻杆相比,摩擦焊接的地质钻杆具有良好的综合性能。
The friction weldabilities of DZ60 steel drill rod pipe and 40Cr steel drill rod joint for geological drill rod are explored. The mechanical properties and metallographic structures of the friction welded drill rod and the hot upset forged drill rod pipe are compared. The results show that the synthetic properties of geological drill rod by friction welding are better than that of the hot upset forged drill rod.
