摘要
介绍了煤热解产物的组成,分析和总结了温度、压力、气体停留时间和热解气氛等因素对煤热解产物(尤其具有较高热值的热解气体)的影响,归纳出可以通过控制实验条件,调节热解产物的最终组成,有效地提高煤炭利用效率。
Pyrolysis is the first and essential step in coal conversion processes. The properties and compositions of products from coal pyrolysis including gas, liquid and solid correlate closely with the subsequent process. These pyrolytic products could be also used as valuable material and fuel in industry. Based on the previous researching results, influencing factors including reaction temperature, pressure, residence time and atmosphere on products from coal pyrolysis were summarized and analyzed. It is induced that the final products could be adjusted by optimizing experiment conditions to increase the utilization efficiency of coal.
